Your arrival

We believe that no one feels welcome arriving to a dark, cold house, so it is our policy, to welcome our guests personally.  Someone from our office will be waiting for your arrival to provide you with keys to your temporary home and go over any questions that you might have about the property such as:  how do you  light the stove/oven?, what is my telephone number?, when does the maid come? or what to do in the event of an emergency.

Deposits and Reservations

In order to reserve a property for a specific date a NON/REFUNDABLE deposit must be submitted to the agent along with a signed copy of the reservation agreement. The amount of the reservation deposit is equal to 50% of the rental amount.. The remaining 50% of the rental amount and the security/telephone deposit  must be paid no later than 45 days prior to your arrival.

For your protection we have taken a photographic & written inventory of every item in your house.

Replacement/repair cost for any damages to the property or furnishings such as holes, burns, scratches, stains (excluding normal wear and tear) will be deducted from your security deposit.

The charge for unreturned or lost keys is $25 usd per key. This amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Tenants arriving after business hours will be charged $25 dollars. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

Your security/telephone deposit will be refunded after all telephone charges have been received for the time period of your stay, and all charges for unpaid rent, damages to the property or furnishings etc. have been deducted. Due to the delayed billing with our local telephone company, you should expect to receive your deposit refund  approx. three months after your departure.

* Note: There will be a $25.00 dollar processing fee if there are charges to be deducted from your security deposit.
